The clubhouse manager will see to members' and guests' enjoyment on and off the course. An on-site concession stand, clubhouse bar, dining room, swimming pools, and social calendar offer golfing and social members a total country-club atmosphere.

Regular golf memberships include full use of the golf course, pool and clubhouse. The initiation fee, the total of the first month dues and the membership certificate must be paid in full with your application. The initiation fee is non-refundable. In addition, if you’re a regular member in good standing, for at least two years and then resign, the Membership Certificate is refundable.

Corporate memberships require the purchase of one stock certificate. Initiation fee is $250.00 per user under the corporate membership (limit of 4 users) and is non-refundable. Monthly dues based on class of assigned user.

Social memberships include the full use of the clubhouse, pool and golfing privileges restricted to Friday night Twilights and Couple’s tournaments on Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day. The initiation fee is non-refundable.
There is an additional $45 monthly minimum spending requirement on food and beverage for all membership categories. If you don’t spend this amount during the month and have it recorded on your account, it will be added to your monthly bill. Tax and gratuity are not included in the monthly minimum calculation. This is required 12 months of the year.

Banquet and Facility Policies

  • All food and beverages must be purchased through Ankeny Golf and Country Club, with the exception of wedding cake, mints and nuts.
  • No food or beverage may be removed from the facility. Any unused or leftover food will remain the property of Ankeny Golf and Country Club.
  • At the time of your initial contact with the Clubhouse Manager, state an approximate number of persons who will be attending the meal function.
  • We require a guaranteed number of guests for each meal function at least two weeks in advance. This guarantee may not be reduced. If the Clubhouse Manager does not receive a firm guarantee two weeks in advance, then the previously stated approximate number will automatically become your guarantee.
  • We are prepared to serve 5 percent over the guaranteed number. Should your actual needs exceed these figures, every effort will be made to properly serve you guest. You will be required to pay for the guaranteed number or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.
  • A 18 percent service charge and a 6 percent sales tax will be added to all food, beverage and linen/china/disposable charges.
  • Should it become necessary to cancel a confirmed booking within 60 days of the event a cancellation fee equivalent to the Country Club's banquet room rental schedule will be incurred.
  • Ankeny Golf and Country Club does not provide entertainment or decorations. It is up to the individual party to provide its own with the Clubhouse Managers approval No confetti or glitter of any kind may be used.
  • Prices are subject to change, however all quoted prices will be honored up to two months in advance of the function.
  • All Kegs will be dispensed from the bar only; other arrangements must be in agreement with the Clubhouse Manager.
  • Payment is expected in full following the completion of the function unless other arrangements have previously been made.
  • Host or organization will be held responsible for loss or damage of any personal property belonging to the host, organization, or their guest.
  • Host or organization will be held responsible for any damages or theft of Ankeny Golf and Country Club property.
  • Ankeny Golf and Country Club reserves the right to refuse its services to any non-member function.

Golf Membership

Ankeny Golf and Country Club's Golf membership makes you an owner of the club. You purchase an equity membership certificate, which entitles you to voting rights at the annual meeting.

Golf membership means you can take advantage of all that Ankeny Golf and Country Club has to offer. Golf anytime, use the pool, lounge, dining facilities.

Special Golfing Days

From April through October - special days are set aside for Ladies' and Mens' Days.

  • Tuesday is Ladies' Day (April 1 - Labor Day) - First tee is open to women (high school graduates or older) from noon on. Open golfing before noon.
  • Wednesday is Mens' Day (All Year) - First tee is open to men (high school graduates or older) from noon on. Open golfing before noon.

Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays - the first tee will be open to high school graduates or older only until noon, the rest of the day is open golf.

From November through March - open golf rules apply every day of the week.

Setup of tables, chairs, linens, china or disposable service, glassware , tableware and clean up.

The deposit will be applied to the rental fee upon completion of the event.

Beverages:
Punch (Choice of Color) $18 per gallon
